Wild Mushroom Beef Stew

1 1/2 pounds Grass Fed Beef Stew

Meat or Roast, cut into 1 inch chunks

1/4 Cup Brown Rice All-Purpose Flour

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper

2 Cups Organic Chicken Stock

1 clove Garlic, minced

2 Bay Leaves

1 teaspoon Paprika

8 Shitake Mushrooms, sliced

8 Cremini Mushrooms, sliced

4 medium sized Carrots, sliced

1 small White Onion, chopped

1 stalk Celery, sliced

  1. Place beef in a slow cooker.
  2. Mix together Brown Rice Flour, Salt, Pepper and pour over meat. Stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours (or on high heat for 4 to 6 hours). Stir thoroughly before serving.

Serve over brown rice with side salad
